The main story has finsihed. The big bad has been defeated. The next chapter involves the main (surviving) characters reuniting and discussing their plans for the future. Then they’ll be an epilogue set approximate twenty-seven years later.

As far as animated movies go, you could do a lot worse than find one that Pixar has had a hand in. Brave is no exception.
Admittedly it’s a little slow in the middle and the ending was very predictable, but it was an entertaining movie.
When you enter a witches hut, at the witch has a bear fixation, what do you think’s going to happen when you ask her to change your mother?
All told though, this is a decent movie for children and it does have a fair number of humourous moments.
I found it quite enjoyable. It’s not the best movie I’ve seen all year, but then a movie owuld have to go a long way to beat the likes of The Avengers and John Carter.
Nevertheless, I think this movie is worth three stars and I’d consider adding it to my collection when it comes out on DVD.

I’ve actually pushed on a little into what was originally going to be chapter 142.
Part of this is because I feel it fits better intermingled in this chapter than it would do there, and because It gets this bit out of the way, leaving the next chapter clear for the summoning.
I’m thinking it still needs another check, though hopefully it won’t require many chages

I think I captured the essence of what I wanted to say, so when I go through it tomorrow I’m not expecting to make any huge alterations. That would suggest this is going to be a fairly short chapter. I guess we’ll see tomorrow.
